One medication prescribed was $60 if there was a substitute or generic that would’ve been less costly would’ve been better for me. However, I need to remember to voice my concern on cost of prescriptions and you always get the generic.

Dr. Ramirez is an incredible, compassionate physician and I am so happy to have her as my primary care physician.

I waited an hour past my appointment time, when Dr Ramirez came in, she was kind.

She explains things very well I also appreciate her follow up messages that come after receiving test results in mychart. I had a concerning test result come back and she called me soon after I received the call with follow up care.

She wanted to understand my concerns and also requested some more bloodwork for my physical which I could do right in the lab downstairs! Very attentive to my needs.

I have had Rebecca VanDyke for 24 years and was extremely happy with her. I have see Brittany a couple times and she has taken Rebeccas plave extremely well.

I was late getting into a room then for some unexplained reason sat there for over 35 min. If she was behind because someone needed her I would understand, but I had to search the halls to ask if they had forgotten me. I am expected to be there 15 min. early it would be helpful if someone would have advised me Dr. was running late, I could have at least brought something to read. Dr. explained my options and all the issues surrounding them for what I came for.It was my first visit with her and she did not discuss or delve into any more, which I would hope was because she was already behind schedule. I was very nervous about a new physician. After my appointment, I was very calmed and relieved. She was fully engaged with my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I actually brought a list of what I considered the more major health concerns / diagnoses from my past (since this was my first time seeing her), and she thoughtfully reviewed the list and made notes in the computer. I was super impressed and grateful for that. She actually gave me things to consider and explained my knee issue in a way that I understood.

Dr. Ramirez was exceptionally attentive, kind, and informative. She listened to all of my concerns and questions, and made me feel heard and cared for. She offered solutions and information in a way that was easy to understand and that felt tailored to me personally. Dr. Ramirez spent a significant amount of time getting to know me and my health history, and made me feel like more than just another patient to cycle through. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ramirez to others!

Dr. Ramirez is the absolute BEST physician I’ve had the privilege to take care of me. Her presence is so calming and talking to her made me feel safe. She listened thoroughly, made me feel acknowledged and heard, and gave me great advice on how to go about managing my care. I easily get white coat syndrome.. which is ironic as I’m a practicing RN. She made me feel comfortable! This was measured objectively through my blood pressure. Initially I was hypertensive 180s/100s. After talking to Dr. Ramirez, my blood pressure was 120s/80s. That really goes to show what a great physician and person she is! She’s a rockstar and I’m sad I’m moving to the east side and no longer will be in her care. Anyone who has the ability to have her as their doctor is considered lucky!

Called me 10:15 PM after blood, urine and EKG tests were read by her, explained my situation clearly. She clearly explained the urgency of getting some IV solution immediately, and by the time I arrived at ER, her instructions for my care were there.

Overall I was pleased with her listening skills. I had a large amount of concerns and she made me feel heard without rushing me and helped explain things from her perspective well. Would recommend.

I did not feel genuinely cared for or listened to during my time with this provider. My concerns were often dismissed, and it seemed there was little effort made to understand my individual needs or circumstances. The guidance I received felt more like a one-size-fits-all approach—particularly regarding nutrition—which seemed based on the provider’s personal preferences rather than a realistic or personalized plan for me. I believe healthcare should be collaborative and compassionate, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

She was thorough, took the time to understand me as a person. Compassionate, caring, enthusiastic. I have white coat syndrome and my bp was very high originally. she completely melted it away through conversation and connection. We repeated the bp, completely normal! Goes to show that her effect is not only subjective, but also objective! she made me feel safe and offered a clear understanding /providing great education . She’s great!

I felt extremely comfortable around every provider I saw. I felt that the nurse aid even paid attention to me as a person- she noticed I had lost a significant amount of weight since my last visit and offered to connect me to social work if I needed it. Brittany was friendly, warm and made me feel comfortable when I was anxious to talk to her about my history. I’m thankful for this team and they deserve your best accolades!

She took a good amount of time with me and was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions so thatI could understand and make choices regarding my knee issues.
