I went into health care when, as a patient myself, I felt the impact medical providers had on my physical and mental well-being. This experience made me appreciate their work and inspired me to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. Now, I am the one connecting with my patients to make sure they are experiencing a positive change within their health journey.
I want my patients to know that when you are in my care, you are safe. It is my job to make you feel comfortable and secure. That means there are no questions or topics “too embarrassing” to discuss. Your concerns are mine, and I will help you understand your choices. We will work together to find a treatment that fits your personal and medical needs.
In every area of my work, I find something to be passionate about and share my enthusiasm with my patients. From contraception and pregnancy care to adolescent health and menopausal management, I enjoy engaging with patients wherever I can offer my guidance and expertise.

She was very informative with telling me about my insertion and telling me what could happen with the birth control, she talked me through everything while she was doing the procedure. She also removed my iud and did the nexplanon all in the same day. She also made sure she had all the supplies like the bandages before starting the nexplanon procedure.
