I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Weitz as my PCP

Dr. Weitz as a Physician is excellent and very considerate when it comes to my emotional state. I do get confused easy and he is very understanding of that. It is easy to get confused with scheduling when it comes to staff, but they’re not as familiar with my condition (rightfully so). Overall Dr. Weitz is a pleasure as a Doctor.

He was the best doctor I’ve seen in a really long time. I’ve been dealing with a kidney infection that gets better then gets worse over the course of 7 weeks. For the first time I felt like someone was hearing me, taking me (and my symptoms) seriously, being thorough, and just caring in general. I’ve been dismissed by other doctors over the course of the 7 weeks which I think is why I got worse again. I’m so grateful that I got to see him that day. I accidentally cried during the appointment because I was so thankful to be heard, and he was so kind about it. He also gave me additional info and made it easy to understand, which helped me feel better. Again just SO grateful!!! I hope he trains so many residents. Best doctor ever.

Came from a provider the sent you elsewhere for about everything and did nothing for my type2 diabetes. My a1c was at 12 when I started with Dr. Weitz. He had it down to 6 in a very short time. He handles whatever I need. Very clear and fast communication

Dr. Weitz does a great job of making me feel heard and understood. I don’t feel rushed and I appreciate how he likes to make sure he talks thru his reasoning with me.

I wish that the annual well-check appointment included having heart & lungs listened to, ears, eyes & mouth looked at, etc - i.e. a bit more like an actual physical. It’s nice to have a conversation about blood labs & meds but the actual physical exam would make me feel a bit more confident about my overall health.

Dr Wietz saves my life by discovering I have liver disease.
