Hem R Regmi, MD

Hem Regmi, MD, MHS is a dedicated Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist based in Royal Oak. He completed his residency at Michigan State University, fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Masters in Health Sciences at Yale University School Of Medicine. His Clinical interest is in childhood cancers and blood disorders, with a particular focus on bleeding and clotting disorders. His work centers on helping children and their families navigate complex hematologic and oncologic conditions with compassion and expertise.

Driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, Dr. Regmi chose pediatric hematology/oncology to care for some of the most vulnerable patients on a larger scale. He values forming long-term, trust-based relationships with families, supporting them through the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Collaboration across multiple specialties is a cornerstone of his approach to providing holistic, patient-centered care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Regmi is a devoted husband and father of three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and reading books—activities that nurture balance and perspective in his demanding professional life.
