I believe i was not properly evaluated or cared for. I'm suffering at home unfortunately and not much can be done on a weekend but smile and move on and learn from this and say a prayer for a quick healing. Very unfortunate situation to be in. Its very unfortunate since I've always received exceptional care from this facility but not this time around.

I worked for ButterWorth hospital. Filled out the same surveys while working. Never seems to get any satisfaction. She was a wonderful P.A. Never seems to do any good,nothing going to change. The questions just seem to repeat each other.I don’t see the good of these surveys.

No complaints. Provider exceeded expectations regarding sophistication of medical knowledge, had friendly, professional demeanor towards elderly, cranky pediatrician

She did care and was clear. I was just frustrated on the back and forth that occurred on my follow up. She focused on blood pressure which was important but did not seem to hear me telling her that I was in pain and not well. That was directly affecting (altering) the BP.

Indicated that if needed, follow up was available through messaging portal
