Jeremy F Santamaria, MD

I survived two medical emergencies when I was growing up. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career in medicine and to be on the other side of the patient bed. As an internal medicine physician, I am passionate about many different areas, including preventive health, women’s health, pulmonology, cardiology, nephrology, rheumatology, musculoskeletal pain, and mental health care.

I want my patients to know that I am here for you. Each person has their own idea of what “healthy” means to them. My job is to work alongside you, using my training and experience to guide you down the best possible path to achieving your own personal health goals — whatever they might be.

It brings me joy to see how my patients improve their health and their daily lives over time. I love getting to know my patients and learning about their personal stories. Helping them write a positive new chapter in their lives is incredibly rewarding.
