He was excellent. This was our first visit and my mom felt very cared for. We had an appointment today with a lung specialist and he assisted me in getting the X-ray for them.

Dr. Valenti, is a provider who is concerned about the health of his patients. He listens to concerns, responds to questions and clearly explains needed information. It appears that he is committed to the well-being of his patients; and he provides excellent service.

He is great. Not in a hurry and really listened when I talked. I have unfortunately had to deal with a few Dr's in past couple weeks who could use some bedside training and Dr V could show them the way.

When I leave a message asking for my Doctor to call me so I can ask a question to clarify the directions on a prescription he gave me, I want Him to call, not his assistant! And when I call early in the day, please call back the Same Day! Not the next day, like his assistant did, which was too late for the medication question!

I’ve been happy with most of my interactions.(once I waited for 45 minutes and ended up rescheduling).
