It took me awhile to find a primary care provider that I'm comfortable with. I am so thankful you have Sarah at Corewell.

She always is very concerned about any health problems and always knows what processes to make things better.

I am able to understand her and feel comfortable asking any questions I might have.

She aware I'm hearing impaired and my hearing loss is due to lack of follow loss follicles in my inner ear. A deformity I was born with. With or without a hearing aid I cannot separate a multitude of sound due to the lack of follicles. So people need to be within five feet of me. For me to hear them and follow their lips to figure out what they're saying. She had no issue with that, and it helped me tremendously. Most times I leave I don't have a clue what was said or what I need to do. I love the app where I can see the summary as well in case I missed something.

She's very easy to understand
