He was very thorough answering my questions.

First, This has to do with arrival experience....the staff should have told me to sit in waiting rm because they were going to summons the doctors staff to get me when they were ready for my appt. The did not, when I got to waiting rm I did not know what to do. I checked the door to treatment area it was locked. So I went back to reception who then told me to sit in wait rm & staff would get me when ready. Dr. Kuhlman shook my hand and spoke to both my husband and I and answered all questions. He was very respectful and professional yet caring.

Dr Kuhlman was friendly explained everything step by step. He put me at ease. Did not leave the room without me feeling comfortable with his finding.
