Dr. Babwi is a physician specializing in hospital medicine. He earned his medical degree from University of Dohuk College of Medicine in Iraq. Dr. Babwi completed his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. His clinical interests include acute care management, inpatient treatment of complex adult medical conditions and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes

A hospitalist only sees patients while they are in the hospital. They do not follow patients after discharge. The hospitalist will communicate as needed with your primary care provider, who will assume your care after discharge.
