From going to my appointment to making new ones the process was simple. I had a cast put on that was to tight and when I calked the next day because it was to tight they got me in to get it removed. They had a few ladies in the office that had not experienced removing a cast yet so they were in the room to learn. They all worked as a team & seemed to enjoy their jobs☺️
