Navarro demonstrated an excellent “bedside manner“. He sat at my level, maintained good eye contact throughout, listened carefully to everything I said, gave immediate and helpful feedback, answered all of my questions thoroughly, took my concerns seriously, and was comprehensive in his questions and follow through. He checked my vaccination status, discussed upcoming preventive healthcare, entered the orders I needed, and gave good advice on concerns I had. He is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and thorough. Navarro is an excellent example of a non-physician provider.
