Dr. Serou made me feel immediately comfortable. She gave me information about a diagnosis I apparently got 13 years ago, that has never been documented as a new diagnosis for 13 years. How that happened is beyond me. That said, I went to her for an ablation consult and was told very kindly that I am not a candidate due to that diagnosis. She came up with another plan to help me, and I'm really grateful for her even trying. I've felt unheard for many, many years.
