She is efficient, thorough, and kind.

I feel like she heard what I was saying but wasn't really listening...there's a difference. When my Rx was declined by my insurance company, I would've appreciated if Alissa had suggested some alternatives for what I was requesting instead of just saying "your insurance doesn't cover this."

She is wonderful! It was my first time meeting her. I seen her for rib pain/lump and I was so scared but she helped calm me down. She ordered labs and CT for me to help get answers. I love how nice and understanding she is.

Once finally in the exam room, the staff were kind and courteous (kudos to them). It feels like the administration and customer greeting are very poor.
