Allison was very warm and explained things to my child in an easy to understand way. She spoke TO my kid instead of through me and I appreciated that very much as my child is almost 13 and I want them to learn how to be a part of their medical care experiences.

I love them, they love me. We get along well. I just so happen to struggle with knowing what I want and why I feel so low all the time.
