About the Provider
As a Nurse Practitioner, I provide basic patient care, diagnose and treat illnesses, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and counsel patients about their care plan.
Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable and heard during your visit with me. I also want you to leave each visit knowing that someone truly cares about your individual health. My goal is for you to feel informed and able to make the best choices for yourself regarding your medical care – particularly in the complex area of women’s health, where I enjoy educating both patients and medical students.
I find joy in making connections with patients and listening to their stories. And I genuinely enjoy providing patient care that gives me the opportunity to help others better understand their own bodies and live healthier lives.

I was impressed that with me as a new patient she had already familiarized herself with my history and recent tests. She's very friendly and easy to talk to, she takes your concerns seriously. She explains things simply without being condescending.

I appreciate that she took the time to help me understand my guided ultrasound results. She also determined an appropriate time frame for monitoring a specific symptom before rushing into something I felt unsure about.

Allison was wonderful! I was dreading having to see a new provider after Janet retired, and Allison made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through everything, provided great care, and was so friendly and calm. I will gladly continue to see her.

My concerns after my visit were not addressed in a timely manner. I continued to worry for days. And then, when I finally received a response to my MyChart message, it was indirect and somewhat dismissive.
