Referring back to my original comment, I would lovr for more healthcare providers to be like Amanda. Great bedside manner and professionalism combined with great listening skills. I felt my questions were heard, validated, and answered.

Amanda answered all my questions and explained what the plan was. Never done a virtual before but it was easier than I thiught

I was not able to answer some of the survey questions because I did not go in person. It was a TeleMed. I think that’s what you call it. Amanda was very kind, very informative and more than willing to help me with some of the issues that I have been having
