Could not get appointment with pcp for several weeks, Amy Bell was good alternative

I appreciate the thorough documentation. Usually they document inaccurate findings that we're never even checked, even if it was a complaint I was there for.

She always listens to me and addresses my needs properly.

She spent so much time out of the treatment room, I felt like she was more focused on someone or something else - like she didn't confer with the student like I would have liked, to cover the big issue.

Amy reads my chart before coming into the room and personalizes the conversation. She’s very relatable and makes the visit as enjoyable as it can be.

As I stated earlier, Amy Bell is very caring amd thorough, and I never feel rushed with her. I felt comfortable asking all the questions I had, and she took the time to address each one.
