I love my Dr Kotsis , just only problem was I was given wrong patient information upon, but I did receive a call Friday to say that my correct information is being mailed out to me .i did call right back once I cover the mixup and I cannot get through to the line. There’s never anyone available to answer the phones so I had to result to calling the pharmacy line to leave a message. That’s the only way I can get through. That’s not acceptable.👍🏾

This doctor is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He’s been my doctor for over 10 years. The problem is I can’t never get into see him because it’s always booked and when I was a sick as I couldn’t email them because somebody had it blocked off so I couldn’t email my own doctor end up going to urgent care. Why do I have a primary care doctor if I can never get in and see him stop over booking these doctors so patients can get in and see their primary care doctor
