Dr. Moriarity received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Human Physiology from Northern Michigan University and medical degree from Wayne State University. He completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Henry Ford Hospital and Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging and Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology at UCLA Health System in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Moriarity is interested in healthcare policy and economics and served as the 2014-2015 Chair of the American College of Radiology Resident and Fellows Section. He has been published in numerous journals and his awards include: Radiological Society of North American Roentgen Resident Research Award, Dr. Karen J Stuck Memorial Award for Outstanding Research by a Senior Resident, Radiology Leadership Institute Annual Event Scholarship Award and Musculoskeletal Division Best Case for the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology.
Dr. Moriarity is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American College of Radiology, Society of Abdominal Radiology, and Michigan State Medical Society.
