When I finished my visit I thought to myself "I really like her." She took time and got to know me (first visit), and we had a good conversation about my medical concerns and needs. She answered my questions, discussed different options for a procedure I need, and provided a referral (my real reason for the visit). We talked about vaccinations, and got a real life response -- which I found helpful. She has life experience -- which is VERY important to me.

She is very nice and she listens to my concerns and explains everything so that I can understand it. I had a lot of questions and by the time I left I felt better.

She doesn't try to remember every detail about me or my situation. She checks her computer frequently to be sure she has remembered my info correctly. Yet she remembers me and has an excellent memory of my situation and what I'm dealing with, who my other doctors are, and has been in contact with them when she needs additional info about some aspect of my care. She also has sent me to some of the best specialists I've been to in recent years.

Andria and her nurse really helped me through my panic attack and made sure that I was taken care of before letting me leave the office.

I did a tella med visit this time because I was out of town. I definately prefer office visits. This was a good back up but not nearly as good for me.
