She was very easy to talk to. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. I am autistic and had a little binder prepared with some information because ive struggled over time to express some of the things that are part of my symptoms and illness. Angela was very patient and made me feel heard and validated in my experiences and concerns. That really is something that has been rare in my experience with providers sadly so she has definitely set her self apart by going above and beyond for the patient. I felt like I was actually being cared for vs being another name and chart. She was helpful in her explanations and developing what steps id progress forward. Im very appreciative of her openness and patience.

Need to be prepared and contact patient prior to appointment to prepare and execute necessary procedure when patient arrives at appointment- not just read patient chart that patient already is aware of.

The exam was comfortable and did not feel awkward at all. It was also as thorough as I believe it could have been.

I am disappointed with the “care” I received. This provider is one of the worst “professionals” I have ever been around. If I treated my clients the way she treated me, I would lose my license. She should not be anywhere near patients.
