She does not listen or take concerns seriously. Talked to me like a child. Made me feel in adequate. Same problems with the front desk. I called back and spoke with an extremely condescending person to ask for a referral for further evaluation and was told no. I would need to come back in for another appointment after I had just been there that day. Then further advised there were no appointments available. This Dr as well as the person answering the phone need to learn how to speak and listen to their patients. I will not return to her nor will I recommend her. My concerns were not validated and the person answering the phone made it worse by speaking condescendingly to me on the phone.

The nurse who takes your stats is very personable. I like the fact that over the years the nurse has remained the same person. It tells me they enjoy working in this office. The on site lab is a real plus and technician is one of the best at drawing blood. Lastly, the checkout process is easy breezy and staff warm and friendly.

Overall great experience. I appreciate the lab being attached to the practice that is extremely helpful.
