Caring for patients and community members is something I’ve felt called to do from a very young age. I was drawn to my medical specialties — pediatrics, lifestyle medicine, and culinary medicine — because I want to help people live long, healthy lives, and I’m passionate about starting wellness from the earliest age possible.

Wellness is a journey and our choices matter. In my own family, we prioritize eating a healthy diet based on plant-based foods, being active, enjoying nature, socializing, and maintaining good sleep habits — all while limiting electronic device use. While each person’s journey is different, mindful choices and habits can help you maintain better control over your own health outcomes.

Everyone deserves respect and compassion, and everyone has gifts to share. I love sharing my knowledge with others, but I also see each patient as someone I can learn from, too.
