I was drawn to healthcare because I find it deeply meaningful to walk alongside people on their health journeys. I value listening to and understanding each person’s unique experiences, then providing guidance, support and encouragement as they work toward their goals. Building trust is at the heart of my approach, and I strive to create authentic relationships where people feel heard, respected and understood so they can make informed decisions that align with their values and priorities. Seeing patients make progress and experience improved well-being is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
