My previous PCP left the practice and I have seen Dr. Delise about a handful of times . Very compassionate and caring of his patients. Since my Provider left the Practice I absolutely knew who I wanted as my new PCP!

I’m not sure how long it will take for this to clear up or if I was supposed to come back for a follow up appointment. I ended up calling the office this morning and get some information.
