About the Provider
My journey into healthcare was driven by a desire to comfort others and help them restore and maintain good health so that they have the ability to continue doing things in life that bring them joy. Working toward a career as a nurse, and later as a nurse practitioner, has given me a wonderful sense of purpose in making a difference in my community.
I believe each and every person can take control of their own health. By addressing the whole patient — biological, psychological and spiritual aspects included — healthcare professionals can help patients steer meaningful change in their lifestyle habits to improve not just their lifespan but the quality of those days. My job is to encourage, inspire, educate, and empower my patients to find their own “right path” in achieving their health goals while sometimes prescribing medications when necessary.

She was wonderful. Great at explaining the role their office plays in overall health. I just realized I don't really like online appts. I have a feeling that overall Corewell is more about risk, and decreasing their costs, than optimizing health, which is sad but true, of pretty much all health care organizations.
