The Dr took time to introduce herself and to inform us of her experience with geriatrics patients . She allowed me to discuss my brother chronic illness and challenges we faced trying to manage his chronic illness in the past and we able to voice concerns of current health issues . She reviewed his meds and we able discuss any side affects . She listened and understood I called the office to see her , to try and prevent ER or Hospitalization due to recent illness after vaccinations and abnormal renal labs and his Kidney Dr suggested he needed an early appointment with her and a couple more specialist . She a lot of time reviewing the labs his prior history and new health issues and discuss the changes in his and her plan of care going forward
