Clearly most things can’t be remedied in a 30 minute office visit. It would be helpful to have resources in place at the time I’m exiting or to know the follow up resources and short term / interim care plans are set. Arriving with uncertainty, to leaving narrowing down of what could be wrong. Now waiting the next 5 months for a specialist is frustrating and not knowing what I should or shouldn’t be concerned with or do is frustrating. What’s the point of seeing my doctor in this situation except to get a referral. Could proactive approaches / testing be done while I wait.

Approachable

My doctor is great!! Disappointing it has become so difficult to make an appointment.

Blood work done immediately after appt and on my chart shortly after and doctor wrote about results in record time.

I appreciate Dr. Barcroft’s curiosity for my health concerns. She takes even the smallest issue seriously and is willing to look further into things if we, together, deem it necessary. She does not push issues to the side. She is calm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, walking me through different options and possible outcomes with every issue.

Dr. Barcroft was very caring, thorough and even reached out to neurosurgeon to ensure my problem was not related to recent angiogram saving me from going to see him.
