I rated Ashley as "Very Good" because that was the highest available. She is way better than "Very Good". We were not rushed and Ashley made me feel that I was cared for, AND cared about. Instead of telling me to keep working on my weight, as other providers there have, she actually talked to me about how to do that. And it wasn't just eat less and move more, she was very specific to me and my habits. No judgement, just help and caring.

Ashley- listened, friendly. My 1st post - ER vet visit- was familiar with my case before she entered the room- knew why I was there. Provided good insight into my case and took the appropriate time for my visit. Also provided good recommendations for care plan going forward.
