Ms Fugate should take more time to listen and make her patients feel as she cares. Maybe new patient appointments are only scheduled for 20 mins, but she could at least use that 20 minutes to fully engage, listen, and document appropriately.

My provider was Ashley Fugate, she was very nice and put me back on track with my medications and I'm so thankful that she instructed me to do self monitoring with my blood pressure because it shows she cares about her patients.
