Good doctor, somethings are Difficult in understanding the reasoning of why it happened.

She listens and knows and have read your chart before she iteracts with her patients; she provides alternatives and asks questions pertaining to my health and wellbeing

I have a hard time understanding her and have treble hearing but she is understanding of that and makes sure that I understand

I had a new patient appointment, which was a video visit. She spent not even 10 mins on it. She dismissed my concerns and has noted multiple things wrong in my office note. If this is the care I received as a Corewell Health employee, I’m scared at how non employees are treated.
