Five stars. She is my favorite care provider across 4-plus years with Spectrum/ Corewell. Whether engaging through MyChart or in person, she is present and engaged. Because she also has specialization in Adult-Gerontology care, as an aging adult I would have preferred her to be my PCP if it were not for the hospital fees and specialty co-pay.

A gem! Thankful to have met her and have her as my provider.

I think Autumn is good at gauging what I am able to understand being a non-human medical person. I appreciate the fact that she explains things to me in a technical but not too technical way. It makes me feel like she is listening, I Am understood and she respects me. One other thing, I was feel like she is very prepared for the appointment, seems to really understand my medical chart.
