I chose a career in medicine because I love helping people in my community lead healthier lives. It’s such a joy to see the resilience that my patients demonstrate when we’re working together to tackle a health concern—whether it’s big or small, physical or mental.
As a former college cheerleader, I understand the importance of teamwork—and I’m always ready to encourage and cheer on my patients along their health journey. Close communication and shared decision-making between you and your medical team are key to achieving your health goals.
I’m passionate about preventive health care. Many conditions can be prevented, delayed, or improved simply by making healthy changes in your life—like diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management. I love helping my patients take those steps and seeing the difference that it makes in their lives.
