About the Provider
Barry Rosen, MD, Originally from Canada, Dr. Rosen was the head of gynecologic oncology at the University of Toronto for 13 years. He provides comprehensive care and treatment for women with ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar cancers, as well as those diagnosed with gestational trophoblastic diseases. His scope of practice also includes prevention. In Toronto, he led a program in hereditary cancer that was focused on identifying those with BRCA germline mutations and then providing cancer prevention strategies to gene mutation carriers.

He was so very thorough and explained everything I needed to know about my cancer. He never held back or hesitated with answers to my questions. I had COMPLETE confidence in him and in his surgical decisions and abilities! He will be missed as he retires in December! I hope I receive as good of care in my future check-ups with a new provider.
