I was drawn to medicine because it lets me combine problem solving with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Cardiology allows me to care for patients during critical moments and focus on long-term prevention and overall quality of life. I take a patient-centered approach built on listening, clear communication and shared decision-making to ensure that my patients feel informed and confident in their care. To help patients reduce future cardiovascular risk, I emphasize education around lifestyle changes, medical therapy and procedural options. I partner with each patient to create a realistic plan for lasting heart health and a return to the activities they enjoy most.
