I’ve always known that I wanted to help people. In college, I took a class working with children with autism, and I immediately fell in love with the work. Today, I specialize in diagnosing and treating children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) —and I feel fortunate to love what I do.

I am a big believer in lifelong growth and feel that everyone can learn and grow, given the right circumstances. With that in mind, I focus on meeting each child exactly where they are in order to build a bridge to where their families, and they, want to be — one step at a time. One of my goals always is to make sure patients and parents have a direction in which to move, particularly following an evaluation.

I have a passion for understanding each individual child and how their mind works. I focus on evidence-based approaches to building skills, and I try to make it as fun as I can. When patients ask me, “What is this for?” or “Why am I here?”, I tell them that our work together is to help them learn and grow so that they can be the best child/teen they can be.
