Dr. Erhardt was a little arrogant in his demeanor but not that bad compared to other surgeons ive met. He was overall kind and informative, just a little haughty

It’s hard to find good health care. The decline in communication and empathy leaves us looking for better. I don’t feel I need to look elsewhere for ENT care bc Dr Erhardt is wonderful! Very patient, listens to listen which is refreshing. Very detailed which I greatly appreciate!

Always explains in detail and does not make you feel rushed. And no questions asked are silly questions.

Other than a physician I saw in Ireland , Dr. Erhardt clearly understood what I was trying to convey about my ongoing issue, & I totally agreed with his plan to focus on the throat /sinus issues. Although these issues impacted my tinnitus, he explained & believed the real issue was related to sinus.

I arrived, waited a short time, was anesthetized , operated on and left without pain. The surgery outcome was even better than expected, so I’m very happy.

He was very good and was determined to rule out any undiagnosed autoimmune disease.

I cannot say if the problem is resolved yet, but so far the care has been great.

The doctor explained my injury and options for corrective procedures if needed completely but seemed rushed. He did ask if I had questions but was shaking my hand to end the appointment before I could ask another question. I followed him to the check out area to ask about medication dosage. He was still in a hurry walking away as we spoke. I would have also appreciated after care information to review in My Chart. There was none. I called the office to confirm the information given at check out.

Just was an great environment and friendly staff

It took several months and tries to get a call back in the past to set up an appointment.. and when I finally did get an appointment scheduled, I was called 10 minutes prior to the start time to inform me they would have to schedule. I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone after calling and leaving voicemails to reschedule my canceled appointment... however, looking past that, the service has been wonderful so far.
