About the Provider
Benjamin G. Horn, MD practices with the Corewell Health Concierge Medicine practice and subspecializes in hospital medicine. The Concierge Medicine Practice is a contract based relationship with patients for whom our doctors are primary care physicians. Patients pay an annual fee to join the practice; that fee provides for access to the physician on a 24/7 basis, expanded appointment/visit times and flexible (usually same day) scheduling. Our patients do continue with their regular health insurance; they are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and plan limitations as usual. We bill insurance for office visits (except for a yearly complete physical, which is included in the concierge annual fee) and patients pay their usual co-pays. Laboratory services, radiology procedures, etc are subject to the limits/benefits of the patient's insurance.

Dr. Horn is an exceptional physician who combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach. He is a truly active listener who makes me feel heard and valued during every visit.
