Everyone experiences times of sadness, stress, or anxiety in their lives. But when these symptoms persist, become debilitating, or interfere with your ability to care for yourself, it’s worth bringing it to the attention of a medical professional.
I take a patient-centered approach to mental health care. I enjoy working one-on-one with my patients to develop a well-rounded, evidence-based, and individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. I’m interested in all aspects of adult psychiatry, though I’m particularly passionate about helping people manage mood and anxiety disorders.
I love getting to know my patients. Meeting people where they are in life and helping them set and achieve meaningful goals brings me a lot of joy.

Excellent. He knows me well enough as a patient to give me advise that pertains to me. Even though I see him only every 4 mos. He understands me. He cares enough to know his patients well enough to give them more personally tailored to their needs.

Ben always gives great advice and listens to me well. He manages my medication, but looks at me as a whole person. He knows that medication’s are not the single solution and is extremely helpful at trying to give me the best quality of life.

He is a great listener and is always open to discussing my current mental health status and any thoughts I have on how my brain/body are working with not only my medications, but also my lifestyle habits. I truly feel heard, understood, and cared about at each and every appointment.
