As a board-certified family medicine physician and geriatrician with additional training in lifestyle medicine, I provide full-scope primary care for patients at every age and stage of life. I can serve as your first point of contact for emerging health needs. I also offer a wide range of care, from prevention and wellness support to the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses.

I am committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. One area of medicine I’m particularly passionate about is promoting healthy aging, cognitive health, and whole-person wellness. I lean on my broad clinical experience to create a compassionate space where you can feel empowered to take charge of your health.
