It felt like she blew me off. I did not feel that she addressed my concerns adequately and I shared many items that I was struggling with and she attempted to end the appointment prior to addressing all of my concerns

She sent me for X-rays to answer the questions about my hips

I had a great experience meeting Bernice for the first time. She listened, heard my concerns, and helped make me feel better. The only opportunity for improvement I noted is likely through the scheduling process as I scheduled an early morning appt the evening prior and I’m not sure she was aware of the last minute add on appt. When I arrived, she was not in the building yet so I waiting 25 min after my appt start time.

She is a lovely woman, very professional and caring. It was a good exam and she was kind and listened if I had questions.

She made me feel very comfortable, and she was very sad about explaining what was going on. I went home and bragged her up to my husband about how much I really liked her.

Every issue was addressed professionally and on a manner that comforted me.
