She's very professional, great all around with explaining and listening

I visited with Ms. long, six months ago for a meeting, and was not overly impressed with that experience. At that time on my departure I question why I just wasted 20 minutes of my time. And this interview I came prepared with three very prepared questions, which she explained fully and understandable level. The last question was dealing with a potential mildest. Stroke that I incurred last October. She instantly jumped on that and took care of getting the need to test organized for me. After leaving in the mid morning, I was being contacted by other branches of my medical needs by mid afternoon on the same day. Very impressed with her follow through.

She should have been aware labs closed at 2:45 and been conscience enough to be on time and getting appt completed before labs closed. Knowing mom was needing lab work.
