He was very kind, professional, answered any questions I had, and explained my condition so I could understand it. He also explained the tests that he was ordering and why he felt they needed to be done. He also went over the test I had done at the 1st appointment, which I appreciate.

I feel like he wasn’t trying to hear what I was trying to tell him. He barely attempted to try to proceed with what he was supposed to be doing and I feel like it was a waste of my time because nothing got accomplished besides him telling me to put nasal spray in her nose, which is going to be more difficult than doing what he was supposed to do.

Even though he was not a pediatric ENT he was amazing with my child who has severe anxiety and any and all questions that I asked for my son asked the doctor took the time to answer both of us reassuring my son to help with his anxiety
