Very positive, helpful demeanor. My complaint would lie with overall record-transfer from my retired former physician ((were his "paper" records ignored? he was excellent, but things he didnt miss are now missing). Also, in my experience with Briana and her assistants, while they do acknowledge the mental health aspect, they do not take full consideration of how important it is when listening to the client/patient's challenges and experiences.
