I only visit the cardiovascular office once a year, which is probably a good thing. The Last 3 (years) visits, I've seen 3 different providers with less than 15 minutes per visit. One cannot expect to get to know the patient or the providers under this scenario. I may be wrong, but I have the impression that my file is not reviewed until the actual appointment. Brock is mearly a reflection of the system design. A human robot.
