Bryan is a VERY compassionate doctor and spent the time needed with me. He spent "needed" time explaining EVERYTHING and never made me feel rushed. The extent of my visit was "I learned A LOT about the "condition" of my knee and what I'd been told was not factual. He then when on to take the time to show me my x-rays and explained to me how my knee looked and what "really" should be done. I'd come back in the future if need be.

He's a great doctor. He gave me all the explanations I needed. And he's got a lot of experience.

Even though he is a surgeon, he wants to try other options before recommending surgery.

Dr. Kamps listened to my concerns, was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Kamps took a genuine interest in the sport I enjoy - pickleball. He performed my knee surgery about 9 years ago and I thanked him for this additional time he had given me in this sport.

Explained what xrays and answered questions

Overall I really liked him, but I think doctors in general treat older women like me as old ladies that sit around and do nothing. I work out six days a week at the gym and power walk three miles a day but I don’t feel that I’m as important as a male or a younger athlete

I don’t feel he really tried to figure out what happened to my knee.

I had to ask a lot of questions, which I knew from working in a rehab field but had limited knowledge of how to care for a broken bone in myself. Very knowledgeable, nice, and took the time to answer my questions but I wish I could have an in depth/comprehensive conversation about healing and care. For example, discussing the appropriate fit for crutches, how to best fit a walking boot, how much pain is ok, etc.
