Honestly, we left that office feeling like we just wasted her time being there. In so many ways she was keep referring us back to the physician who referred us to her. Even after explaining our situation to her she just keep saying that we should go back to our refering Dr. also felt that we just wasted her time there.

It felt very routine for her looked at me once and didn’t talk through the process or explain very much of anything. Almost like the patients parents are an after thought and she just needs to hurry on to her next Patient. Did she do what she wa supposed to? Sure but she was not so warm or welcoming. The young lady that was with her was friendly and answered a question I had about the optical shop.

She was very kind and patient in explaining everything, we greatly appreciated her taking her time with us and making sure we had all the information we needed.

The gasping and comments like, “oof!” and “oh my goodness!” during the exam without explanation was disconcerting & lacking in bedside manner.

I wouldn’t rate our care with her as very good. I would rate it as EXCELLENT!!
