Caitlin listens carefully. Explains options. Reminds me to call or use MyChart if everyday events like colds/allergies make cpap uncomfortable- she said there are short term adjustments to my machine we can try for minor discomfort like ear pressure. Years ago when my machine was in for repair she made calls to my supplier to make sure I got a loaner machine.
