I appreciate that Caitlin listens to me and explains everything. She sends helpful advice through MyChart . More providers should use the patient education option to help educate their clients. I was particularly impressed with the virtual survey I took with pre check in that was provided. More offices should utilize MyChart by sending out assessment tools before the appointment to help with daily workflow so that they have a better understanding of what the client needs.
